SCHOOL PARTNERS FUNDRAISER BOOKLETS

Attention Parents,

You have been given a package with six (6) discount books in it.  The cost of each book is $10.00. 

This is a flat fee so NO tax is to be added. 

The books contain discount coupons that can be used all over the state, not just Martin, so please look through the booklets and consider sharing with your in-town and out-of-town friends and family.

***The TOP SELLER (having sold 12 or more books) will WIN a laptop computer!!!***
A drawing will be held in the event of a tie.

*Also anyone who sells SIX booklets is eligible to win a $1000.00 gas card!*
 Be sure to fill in and return the form on the front of booklet packet

Remember:

*Return all money and ALL unsold books by, Friday, February 5th.
* Insure Child’s name and Prize Choice are on envelope with money.
*All checks should be made payable to Martin PTO.
